WHAT:  Put your bricks together and become a Master Builder with our LEGO club! Whether you stay for a few minutes or build for the whole time, enjoy some quality building time with other LEGO enthusiasts. We provide the bricks, you provide the imagination!

 

MTSU School of Concrete & Construction Management - Steam: Decorative Concrete + Building Construction Tour

WHAT:  
Dr. Heather J. Brown and MTSU alumni Aaron Bertrand with Turner Construction will be hosting a decorative concrete sculpture class along with a behind the scenes look at a current construction project for the newest building at Middle Tennessee State University. The workshop is free to participants of all ages, spots limited to 25. The sculptures will be cast first, partially set while we are on our tour and then shaped and given to you in a bowl to take home. Parking will be easy due to MTSU Fall Break that day. Park on corner of Lightning Way and Blue Raider Dr. right next to the new building.

Lane Motor Museum - A Century of Citroën: 1919-2019

WHAT:  No one approaches automotive engineering and design quite like the French, and of all the French car makers, none has been more innovative or visionary over the last 100 years than Citroën.
From the Traction Avant to the humble-yet-brilliant 2CV, to the revolutionary DS/ID, Citroën engineers were decades ahead of their time. Their ideas are still seen in car design to this day.

Lane Motor Museum is proud to highlight some of the most significant Citroën models from the last 100 years. Come for a guided tour through the last century of Citroën automobiles, led by Education Director Rex Bennett. The tour will last approximately 30 minutes.
