WHAT: The Fortress Rosecrans Trailhead on the Murfreesboro Greenway is the gateway to limestone rock formations, 455 million year old fossils, Civil War fortifications, and a creek named after a Revolutionary War captain. Experience all of this during an hour-long walk. (Sturdy shoes or boots are recommended.)
